WCBA Newsletter Policies for “Classified Ads”

The Washington County Bar Association approved in July 2009 the following policy concerning the publication of “classified ads” in the newsletter.

As a member benefit, bar association members may have short advertisements printed for free in the newsletter, under the following conditions:

•    A member in good standing may have two ads per year printed for free in the newsletter.  The ad must be related to the profession – an office for rent, office furniture for sale, help wanted, etc.

•    Maximum 500 words per ad.

•     No photographs will be published with the ad.

•    The same ad (or for the same property, etc.) will not be printed a second time.

•    The ad must be received via e-mail at least one week before the newsletter deadline, which is one week before the bar meeting, which is held on the second Monday of each month. Send to kshurlds@uark.edu
